Natasha has over 15 years experience in the delivery of IT personnel and IT services into the US Government, with a focus on the delivering
highly qualified individuals in quick order, satisfying the customer and exceeding everyone’s expectations. During her career she has obtained
experience in many different areas, including Information Assurance, Network Operations, Security, ITIL, and overall System Design all
concentrated on the Intelligence Community, Department of Defense, and Civilian Government of the United States.
Her diverse background spans the Information Technology spectrum rooted in her commitment to her customers and employees. Starting with her degree in Psychology, her efforts and passion are rooted in doing
the right thing for her employees. She is very active in the Industry with a resume that contains seminars, and publications and believes in giving back to the community by sponsoring local baseball and soccer
teams.
After receiving her degree from George Mason University, Natasha practiced Psychology. Driven by a passion in doing something for the greater good, she then took her abilities toward Information Technology
and the US Government. After spending time as a senior recruiter at various IT firms in Northern VA, she quickly rose up the ranks and, as an executive at Unisys, really came into her own. Armed with her
'triangle' methodology, she is driven by her commitment to her candidates, her customers, and her clients. Along with her understanding of the IT environment, she has developed long lasting relationships for the
success and growth of the United States Government. The motivating force behind Natasha is the desire to create long lasting career opportunities to provide security for the workforce and the community.
It is this passion that took her to start NBS Enterprises, in 2004. NBS Enterprises started as a recruitment company specializing in cleared IT personnel. After two years of growth, NBS diversified to also deliver
IT Services. It is this combination that has allowed NBS to continue to grow and become one of the most respected Women Owned Small Business in the Northern Virginia Area.
